Cancellation Policy
**Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy for Quantum Wave Therapeutics:** **1. Booking:** - Clients can book sessions with Quantum Wave Therapeutics through our online platform or by contacting our customer service. - Booking confirmation will be sent to the client via email, including details of the scheduled session. **2. Cancellation:** - Clients are allowed to cancel their booked session without incurring any fees if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session. - Cancellations must be communicated through our online platform or by contacting our customer service. - Refunds for cancellations made within the specified time frame will be processed promptly. **3. Rescheduling:** - Clients have the option to reschedule their booked session without any additional fees if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. - Rescheduling requests can be submitted through our online platform or by contacting our customer service. - EarthyBeans will make efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. **4. Fees for Late Cancellations:** - If a client cancels their booked session within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a $30 cancellation fee will apply. - The cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable. **5. No-Show Policy:** - If a client fails to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, they will be considered a no-show. - No-shows are non-refundable, and clients will be charged the full session fee. **6. Exceptional Circumstances:** - Quantum Wave Therapeutics understands that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we encourage clients to communicate any unforeseen issues promptly. - In cases of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, Quantum Wave Therapeutics reserves the right to consider exceptions to the cancellation policy. **7. Communication:** - All communication regarding booking, cancellation, and rescheduling should be directed to Quantum Wave Therapeutics customer service through the designated channels. By booking a session with Quantum Wave Therapeutics, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy.
