At EarthyBeans, we believe in the power of community, support, and holistic well-being. That's why we're excited to announce our 'Whole Human' project, a mental health support initiative sponsored by Colorado Access, specifically designed for Black birthing individuals in Colorado.
For this scholarship opportunity, Black birthing individuals are defined as individuals with wombs, who have the capacity to give birth, or have given birth, and their direct support system (spouse, family, care team).
Our goal is to offer a safe, inclusive space where individuals can find healing, empowerment, and emotional resilience.
The 'Whole Human' project provides specialized healing sessions that combine various modalities like yin yoga for mindful movement, Quantum Touch for energy alignment, sound healing for vibrational resonance, and aromatherapy for sensory enhancement. These sessions are curated to promote holistic well-being and address the unique needs of Black birthing individuals by focusing on the mind, body, and spirit.
Our healing room at Sakala Community in Denver is a vibrant, inclusive space where individuals can come together, share experiences, and find solace. It's filled with natural light and plants, creating a calm, nurturing atmosphere that promotes healing and growth.
Accessibility and inclusivity are crucial. We offer four 90-minute 'Whole Human' sessions per month to ensure our services are available to as many people as possible. We prioritize creating a safe space where individuals can share experiences and concerns without judgment or fear.
In addition to the 'Whole Human' project, EarthyBeans also offers Quantum Touch and yoga services open to everyone. Mental well-being should be accessible to all, and we aim to create a lasting impact on our community's mental well-being.
Join us in empowering Black birthing individuals and creating a community that supports holistic well-being and emotional resilience. Together, we can make a difference.
